Welcome to DMerge Notifier! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DMerge Notifier Google Workspace Editor Add-on (“the Add-on”). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Add-on.
1. Description of the Service
DMerge Notifier enables users to send personalized Slack messages directly from Google Sheets by leveraging Slack and Google Workspace integrations. The Add-on allows you to streamline communication with your team via Slack without leaving your Google Sheets environment.
2. Eligibility
By using the Add-on, you confirm that you have the necessary authorization to grant access to your Google Workspace and Slack accounts.
If you do not meet these requirements, you are not permitted to use the Add-on.
3. Permissions and Data Usage
The Add-on requires certain permissions to function, including:
- Access to Google Sheets: To read and process the spreadsheet data you specify.
- Access to Slack: To send messages on your behalf through the Slack API.
All data processing occurs locally or through authorized APIs. The Add-on does not store or share your data. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Add-on responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the following terms:
- Do not use the Add-on to send spam or unsolicited messages via Slack.
- Do not use the Add-on for illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or spreading malicious content.
- Do not attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Add-on’s functionality or its associated services.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Add-on.
5. Intellectual Property
The Add-on, its code, design, and related materials are the intellectual property of Redigit. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Add-on without prior written consent from Redigit.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Add-on is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the Add-on will meet your requirements, function without error, or remain available at all times.
- Use of the Add-on is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redigit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Add-on, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Add-on for any user who violates these Terms or engages in prohibited activities.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
